HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
If you order cookies individually packaged, they will stay fresh in a cool location away from direct sunlight. If you ordered cookies in a bakery box, they are best kept airtight (either with firmly wrapped plastic wrap around the box provided or in an airtight container) at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
Yes! I can make gluten free cookies and treats, but I do not have a separate area or different equipment to utilize. I do my best to sanitize all surfaces and equipment for dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee zero cross contamination.
DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?
Yes! I can make vegan cookies and treats, but I do not have a separate area or different equipment to utilize. I do my best to sanitize all surfaces and equipment for dietary restrictions, but cannot guarantee zero cross contamination. Vegan items are more limited on selections and need a longer lead time to order.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR DECORATED ROYAL ICING COOKIES COST?
Great question! Custom order designs are a labor of love that are priced based on number of colors, metallics, design, and size. Custom cookies start at $5 a piece. The best way to get an idea for pricing is to fill out the contact form with your date, number of guests/cookies requested, budget, and inspiration photos/theme.
HOW MUCH ARE GOURMET COOKIES?
Gourmet cookies start at $3.50 a piece, $20/half Dozen, or $38/dozen. Each cookie serves 2-4 people when cut. Additional cost may be added for specialty toppings such as ganache, candy, decorations etc. Fill out our contact form to inquire about specific requests/flavor pricing.
DO YOU MAKE MORE THAN JUST COOKIES?
Yes! As a trained pastry chef, I can create custom desserts and treats by request. Please submit a contact form to inquire! I also have seasonal specialities that will be posted around each holiday.
DO YOU SHIP?
Yes! Cookies can be shipped if you purchase the individual packaging ($1 extra/cookie). This helps not only keep them fresh but protected from damage during shipping as well. Other items can be shipped as well, but may cost more or require extra packaging, just ask!

Currently I am only accepting orders that I approve. You may fill out the contact form on the home page to get started! Soon there will be an option to purchase staple items directly from the website with ease!
WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU?
Chloe's Colorado Cookie Co. is currently a food business under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act. This means the product was produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection and that may also process common food allergens such as tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, sesame, fish and crustacean shellfish. This product is not intended for resale.

By law, this also means I must hold a valid Food Handler's license (see certificate at the bottom of the website). I also have a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the CIA which heavily emphasizsed sanitation and professional kitchen standards.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY?
I have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee on all products that are not a CUSTOM order. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact me immediately with the nature of the concern and a full refund/or credit.

The following ONLY APPLIES TO CUSTOM ORDERS. This means not a basic design that can be easily resold quickly ie. holidays, staple designs from the website. If you are unsure, you can check on the invoice for "CUSTOM" in the name of the item
Refund/Exchange Policy:
I bake every order with love and strive my best to give you the highest quality dessert or cookie creation on your dreams. Even then, I understand that unsatisfied customers can happen. If you are unhappy with your custom order, please notify me immediately (within 24 hours of pick-up) of your concern and return your dessert to me. I will review the case and determine the nature of the problem. Once evaluated, I will give you credit for the amount returned for use toward a future purchase if applicable.
Order Cancellation Policy:
I understand that plans can change and I will try my best to assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. I can assist you in re-scheduling your order for a later date free of charge if the order has not been started. Charges may be incurred if specialty items for the order have already been purchased or made.
I reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.

It is entirely up to my discretion to change or otherwise offer any other options to the customer.

Delivery Refund/Cancellation Policy:
Orders that require delivery and cannot be delivered due to customer’s wrong information or availability will be kept cater-wrapped and as fresh as possible until further notice from the customer.
Should you require a future delivery date or time, you will be held responsible for an additional redelivery charge. Because of the nature of my business and my quality/freshness assurance, I will dispose of any orders not picked up OR delivered within 72 hours from the original agreed upon order due date and you will NOT be refunded due to the above rules.
