THE STORY OF CHLOE'S COLORADO COOKIE CO.

Hi, I'm Chloé, Founder and Pastry Chef of Chloe's Colorado Cookie Co.

Ever since I was a little girl, I've always loved baking. I grew up inventing recipes with my dad on the weekends and dreamed of what it would be like to share these creations with others.

After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in 2016 with an Associate's degree in Baking and Pastry, I went on the complete my Bachelor's in Business at Penn State with a focus in marketing and management. Following both my passion for pastry and business, I worked as the General Manager and Pastry Chef at various bakeries in Charlottesville, Virginia and Denver, CO for 5 years during and after college. 

After working under various bakery owners, I decided it was time to branch out to pursue ideas of my own. I decided to focus my career on opportunities that would help me grow and am now the General Manager for a catering company in Denver, CO. 

I founded Chloe's Colorado Cookie Co. in November of 2021 shortly after my career shift so I could continue my passion for beautiful, custom desserts made to order. I've always had a deep passion for using quality ingredients made fresh to order being the foundation for amazing dishes, and I can now confidently offer that to all my customers with pride. 

I specialize in royal icing sugar cookie designs, but offer plenty more desserts to fit any request!  So get creative, send me some ideas, and let's get going on creating the perfect dessert for you!
